Refund policy

ORIANE 1986 hopes that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However if you wish to return your purchased item, we will accept the item for a refund to your original payment method or an exchange within 14 days of you receiving the item.
Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Merchandise that has been altered in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

To start a return, please submit your request to our returns department at contact@oriane1986.com. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be dropped off within 7 days of receipt of your return label. 

Return Options:

• Refund to original payment.
• Exchange.

Domestic & International Returns:

• Free return label provided for eligible returns.
• Must be requested within 14-day window.

Refund processing time: 7–10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time.
